A product I want is out of stock, what can I do and how often do you restock?
Our most popular items will be restocked. If there is enough demand, we will be happy to restock an item. Please send us an email requesting the item you want that is out of stock.
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from The Melanin Brand within a few ours of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
To check your orders, log into your account and select the “My Orders” option to review your order history.
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please send us an email.
Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, orders can’t be cancelled after they have been placed. All sales are final*
What do I do if my order was damaged?
Should you receive a damaged item, please take a photo of the item which clearly displays the damage and email the photo to our customer service email firstname.lastname@example.org along with a description of the damaged item and your Order Number.
Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the needed outcome.
Shipping & Handling
Orders placed in the United States are fulfilled and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive an email that will contain a tracking number and link to help you track your package.
Shipping rates are determined at checkout. All orders in the United States are eligible for free shipping on orders ranging between $100-$125
ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS ITEM RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED OR THE WRONG SIZE.
Please email us within 48 hrs if this occurs.
